Maitland Physiotherapy and Sports Injuries utilises several of the heated pools in the region to design demonstrate and progress exercise programs for clients. Hydrotherapy can be extremely useful when land based exercises are difficult to tolerate early after injury. It can also provide useful maintentce exercises for chronic conditions.
